How long does it take for delivery?
1-2 days from order received for express shipping
2-4 days from order received, depending on if you are in a metropolitan area.

Yes you can, via the Australia Post link that is sent after your order
What's your return policy?
We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on the product you've purchased from Luxury haircare, please contact us within 90 days of the purchase date.

*Please note that to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff, and minimise any possible spread of COVID-19, all returning and incoming deliveries will now be quarantined for 24 hours before being processed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will process all returns as soon as possible.
I Ordered the wrong Product / Incorrect Product
If you've had a change of mind or have accidentally ordered the wrong product, we will need the product returned to us unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. For an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Product
If your ordered product is faulty or damaged, please contact us with a detailed description of the fault or damage incurred. Please send a photo if possible, showing either the damage or fault. I a video better displays the issue, then please keep it under 20 secs and not is hi resolution if possible.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
Are you a sustainable business?
Yes. The environment is at the forefront of all decisions made at Luxury Haircare; we believe in utilising all sustainable options in our business. We are part of a program called Sustainable Salons Australia. We recycle and repropose 90-95% of all of our waste. We also use Hero Packaging for our mailers and deliveries. Hero packs are doubled stripped and can be reused after you receive your product, more importantly they are approved by the Australian BioPlastics as home compostable. The products we stock are mostly from sustainable companies (85%). The companies we partner with who have strong environmental and sustainable programs themselves are Kevin Murphy, Davines, Alterna & Balmain Hair Couture.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We will ship your product the same if received before 4pm. Delivery will take between 1- 4 days to most metropolitan areas depending on your chosen shipping option.
How do the Discount codes work?
We use our discount codes to offer the best rates available for the best products. To make sure you are receiving the best discounts and latest discount codes please sign up to our Luxury Haircare VIP program and you will be emailed all discount and special offers direct to your inbox. Simple copy and paste the discount code into the APPLY DISCOUNT CODE box when checking out via the payment process.
Do you price match?
Yes, if you find a product advertised cheaper, then send us a photo / screen shot and we will better it by 5%. The item advertised for a price match will only be matched and beaten if the product price advertised is within 3 days and still available for us to check. All prices subjected for a price match must be in Australian dollars. Normal shipping polices will still apply.

Yes, Kevin Murphy & Davines are 100% CRUELTY FREE and PETA Approved
What are ingredients to look for in my haircare? What ingredients to look out for?
All of our products have varying ingredients. Most of our ranges are derived from natural ingredients and are mostly Paraben & Sulphate free. Everyone has different hair needs, and every product has specific ingredients to cater for those needs. If you have any specific queries regarding a particular product, please email us on ask@luxuryhaircare.com.au
Are your products authentic? Are you official stockists?
Yes, we are. Luxury Haircare is born out of our founder Andre Faiva’s hairdressing salon Revolution Hairdressing, which is based in Brisbane. We are official stockists of all brands available via Luxury Haircare and use all products are used in-salon. You can be sure that you are receiving the best professionally tested & recommended products on the market.
How do I find out what ingredients are in the products if it’s not listed?
Where ingredients are not listed or you have a specific ingredient query, please email us at ask@luxuryhaircare.com.au and we will get back to you ASAP with any specific ingredient queries.
